A pichwai inspired from the popular theme of “Kamal Talai”, or Lotus Pond – this artwork is symbolic of the banks of the Yamuna River, where young Krishna spent much of his childhood with his beloved “Gopis”, or maidens in the lands of Vraj. There are characteristic Heena marks on the body of both the cows and beautifully decorated Footprints of Lord Shrinathji with Flute in Lotus Flower. They are surrounded by full bloomed lotuses.
