Satisfaction Guaranteed – Easy Returns & Replacements

At Dhola Maru Art Gallery, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our artwork. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are committed to resolving the issue with an easy return and replacement process.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and replacements only in the following cases:
✔ The product is damaged during transit.
✔ The item received is different from what was ordered.
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Note: Since our paintings and handicrafts are handmade, slight variations in design, color, and texture are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Return Request Guidelines

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue:

    • Send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Mention your order ID, name, and a brief description of the issue.

    • Attach clear images or videos showing the defect/damage.

  2. Review & Approval:

    • Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.

    • If approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product or provide return shipping details.

  3. Return Shipment:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.

    • For damaged/wrong products, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

    • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  4. Replacement or Refund:

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

    • If approved, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference.

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Replacement

Customized or commissioned artwork (as they are made-to-order).
Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
❌ Products returned without proper packaging or after the specified time frame.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another artwork of equal or higher value, please contact us. Additional charges (if any) must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Damaged Product During Return Shipping

We recommend using secure packaging and a reliable courier service for return shipping. Dhola Maru Art Gallery is not responsible for damages occurring during return transit.
